Senior Project Manager
Rachel is a Civil Engineer and Project Management Professional with 20 years of experience working with infrastructure projects. Her work includes the development of provincial business plans and aligning project delivery strategies to ensure compliance and integration with regional priorities. She has direct technical design and site experience under various delivery models including traditional, design-build, design-bid-build and design-build-finance-operate. Her technical knowledge is enhanced by her experience leading muti-disciplinary teams for public and private sector clients. In addition, Rachel provides specialized project management support for the development of complex project schedules for multiple procurement options, completes procurement reviews, drafts technical reports, and develops procurement documents.
