Stites Co. was founded in 2017 and is a recognized leader in strategic real estate and project delivery, having gained year after year recognition on the Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Company list since 2021. Our projects are often complex, dynamic, and non-conventional. We take time to understand our client’s overarching business objectives and strategically integrate these into the projects we manage.

Our team is intentionally diverse and our approach to project delivery is based on promoting social, environmental, and financial sustainability.
