Leeza Clough

Leeza is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience in financial planning, management, analysis, and financial reporting. As a key member of Stites Co.’s leadership team, Leeza ensures the financial health and integrity of the organization, leading the company’s financial strategy planning and performance management.

On the project delivery side, Leeza leads the development and implementation of complex cost management processes on capital infrastructure projects. This includes developing short and long-range financial plans, preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasting and variance analysis. Leeza also has experience in the development of complex financial models and the design and implementation of financial planning tools and systems.

As a key member of Stites Co.’s strategic real estate team, Leeza leads all budgeting and financial Pro Forma analysis work undertaken to assess development projects. Her experience includes modeling to derive residual land value and multi-year cash flow returns for the purpose of guiding investment, partnership, and borrowing strategies. Leeza’s work includes residential, commercial, mixed-use, and light industrial projects.
