Blair Riley

Property Services Lead

Blair is a project management and real estate professional with over ten years of experience in land acquisition and disposition. He provides land agent services to both private and public sector clients, drawing on his background as a licensed real estate agent in British Columbia. Blair holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute and completed the Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) program through UBC’s Sauder School of Business in January 2025, advancing his specialization in land management and infrastructure delivery.

As a land agent, Blair is responsible for property valuations, cost estimating, acquisition negotiations, and contract administration. He also provides advisory services on land use planning and development strategy in the southern interior of BC.

As a Project Manager, Blair contributes to major infrastructure initiatives across British Columbia, with project values ranging from $500K to over $260M. His responsibilities span cost tracking, First Nations engagement, utility coordination, and procurement strategy. Blair also leads transportation and drainage improvement projects, each presenting unique challenges and complexities. His work reflects a commitment to delivering technically sound, community-focused solutions across all phases of project delivery.
