At Stites Co., Andre leads the Project Delivery Office (PDO), driving organizational excellence through structured governance, process optimization, and mentorship to ensure every project reflects precision, accountability, and best-in-class execution. In his role as Buildings Lead, he provides strategic direction and oversight for Stites Co’s building projects, helping clients navigate complex project requirements while achieving successful outcomes.

Holding a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management and the PMP designation, and the PMI Project Management Office Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP) credential.
